Knee and Shin Pain
I have pain around me knee and also in my Shin. I have had this for a while but for the past few weeks it's constant and noticeable.

Since when is the pain? How did it started? Did u had and injury or twist?  Knee pain in young may be because of numerous factors like mineral and vitamin deficiency,  meniscus or ligament injury
