Kindlytell operation is necessary or not
Fracture with bone edema is seen in greater tuberosity of right humerus. No significant displacement is seen. Minimal fluid is seen in right gleno-humeral joint. Internal rotation of head of right humerus is seen. Blunting of anterior glenoid labrum present. The fibers of inferior gleno.humeral ligament are avulsed from humeral attachment. Superior, middle gleno-humeral ligaments appear normal. No evidence of SLAP tear seen. Supraspinatous tendon appears normal. Infraspinatous tendon, subscapularis & teres minor appear normal. Biceps groove and bicipital tendon appear normal. head, lesser tuberosities of proximal humerus appear normal. No evidence of Hill sach defect is seen. Acromio-clavicular joint appear normal. Coracohumeral ligaments appear normal Visualized clavicle appears normal. The myotendinous strucutures appear within normal limits. The neurovascular bundles appear normal.
