Uncle aged 36 have met with an minor bike accident, where fell over the ground indirect contact with right shoulder.
Post X-Ray and report, it was mentioned as "Fracture Greater Tuberosity"&Bone density is Normal. However their was no information in reports if this is a "Displaced" or "Undisplaced (self opined as undisplaced myself am a Pharmacologist)" fracture.
I would like to share the X-Ray and report if needed. Kindly suggest the better therapy, preferably non surgical.

Undisplaced fracture can be treated conservatively but need to keep an eye on the for 3 weeks with check x rays. Stiffness is the major problem.
