Greater tuberosity shoulder fracture
Hi sir I fractured My right shoulder greater tuberosity and digonesd non surgical method ( wear shoulder imboliser for 5 week) now it's 9 week full motion gained but I feel pain in night Can I start small weight lifting excercise or can I start jogging.

U can jog and life weights. Get a check xray done to see if the fracture has United or not., as pain may be a indication of healing issues.
