Hi My brother in law got injured in gym and bone was fracture. We have visited doctore and he is asking for operation. Can some one pls guide us.

Immobilise ur shoulder Rest for atleast 3 weeks No need for surgery

Depends on his profession. If heavy worker and Right hand dominant , require operation. Otherwise can be left in support/brace for 6 wks.
