As she is 60 y, she must be post menopausal (her periods would have stopped years ago).
On scan it shows,
1. Endometrial thickness (part of uterus - child bearing organ) is 6.3mm which is abnormal for women of this age.
2. There is renal parenchymal disease which can be due to hypertension(high BP) or diabetes(high blood sugar).
For the first issue, she needs a gynaecologist consultation and may require a procedure involving taking some tissue from inside the uterus and check whether it is normal or not.
2nd issue: She needs physician (general medicine) consultation for control of BP and sugar.
