A.V. Doppler Report
My mother is diabetic and she has a swelling on both legs. We did A.V. Doppler Report but can't find exact reason for swelling. How she becomes normal and swelling Will remove?

1. Since how long is she having swelling of the legs?
2. Is she having any ulcers or inflammatory changes of the legs?
3. Is she having any cardiac or renal problems?
4. The arterial doppler report attached is faint and cannot be read. Please could you upload a clear version.
A patient with T2DM, especially if she has cardiac or renal problems can have sewlling of the lower limbs.
If she has Varicose veins, even then she can have legs swelling.
It will be best if you could show her to either Internal Medicine specialist / general surgeon, who could do proper examination carry out necessary investigations and diagnose the cause of the legs swelling. Then the doctor can advice the management plan.
