I have my urine report doctor has prescribed me fofomycin sachet 3 for alternative day whether it will work or not? Culture and routine report is attached below.please suggest me?

You can take Trimethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole (Co-trimoxazole) ,that will be better ,Fosfomycin is not that good as per sensitivity report. and need higher dose .

In the urine culture sensitivity report, Fosfomycin shows intermediate sensitivity. Sulphamethoxazole +Trimethoprim shows good sensitivity. Maybe you are allergic to sulpha medications. That probabaly is the reason why you were prescribed fosfomycin. Please continue the same and consult the same doctor after one week.

Trimethoprim/sulphamethoxaxole is a good drug for uncomplicated UTI.As per report it is sensitive so it can be used..oral Fosfomycin also has good penetration for cystitis.
But just with reports and no clinical history ,co morbidities and vitals its difficult to decide if your antibiotic will work..

If you have fever or signs of infection then u should go with usg kub .
