Low electrolytes is not a problem but how much, itching shows kidney is not functioning well.Proper history is needed to treat the cause.consult for better treatment.

Blood shows low electrolytes, why? Are you on any hypertension medications? Do you have any other underlying diseases for which you are on medication? It has to be treated fast low electrolytes are not a good sign can we know how low it is?
Next coming to itching problem it can be Or may not be related to kidney problem. Have you checked your AEC( absolute esnophill count) ? Did you test liver function?
Taking ayurveda medicine without knowing details can be highly dangerous. So please provide complete information and get yourself treated by good ayurveda doctor on this platform.
