Kid has high fever
My son is having 103.2 F, yesterday the fever was mild but now it is high. We started to give him Calpol from yesterday itself for 6 hours once even then fever isn't coming down.

give him plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, also sponging may help bring down the temperature.
