Ketogenic diet causing Potassium issues.
I'm a 26 to healthy female. Not taking any medications and no ailments at all. I'm doing the ketogenic low carb diet and tracking all of my nutrients using myfitnesspal. My potassium levels are very low. Under 1500mg at times and it's difficult to get these numbers up from eating. Spinach is too high in vitamin a, coconut water and bananas are too high in carbs.. ect. My question is, can I just take four or the 99mg supplement pills over the course of the day to level out my numbers?
