Kawasaki disease
I daughter suffering from kawasaki and treated with IVIG and continue asprin 70mg on 02 Apr 20. First echo report normal on 01 Apr 20. 2nd echo report was also normal on 20 may 20. Can I stop asprin now? is any blood test required

Aspirin is continued for 6-8 weeks and depending on echo report further continuation is decided Please consult your treating doctor who will see both reports and decide accordingly
