Kawasaki disease
My daughter treated with kawasaki and given IVIG. Doctor advice to continue asprin for three month . also advice  2d echo after 6 weeks which was due on 12 May 20 but due to lockdown echo is still pending. Advice me what I can do and after what period echo carried out

Echocardiography is done at the time of diagnosis and at 2-3 wks of illness. If this is normal a repeat at 6-8 weeks of illness is performed.So if the 6th week date has passed , it can be delayed upto a maximum of 2weeks only

I understand your concerns. You would have done previous echo which is likely to be normal. If no, please send me the reports. But the repeat echo is not an emergency but it is a must. So nothing looks alarming if the baby is doing well. Please update me with reports.
