Kawasaki disease
Daughter treated with kawasaki and given IVIG 0n 2 Apr 20 and continue asprin 70 mg daily due to kawasaki platlet raised to 12 lac and follow weekly cbc test after three weeks platlet count become 3.95 lac. But neutrophils remain arround 33-35 and lymphocytes at 56-59 in three cbc tests.also wbc decreasing from 19000 to 5500 on in verious test. Is it necessary to do more test or it is normal

Dear parents, At present, no need for further blood tests. Usually doctors advise repeat Echo after 6 weeks and to blood test ESR, CRP and complete blood cell count at the same time. Advised annual influenza vaccine on long term aspirin medicine.
