Take Triphala guggulu , Chitrakadi vati thrice daily after food and Chirabilwadi kashaya 20 ml twice daily before food with warm water . Avoid outside , spicy foods. Have warm water and butter milk in large quantities.
It will reoccur if diet is not corrected. There are non spicy options available every where if some efforts are taken. So this is just an excuse. Better off to carry own food and follow HAIP DIET. Piles can really affect ones quality of life so shouldn't be taken lightly. Also it is a symptom of liver dysfunction and gut dysbiosis so corrective action must be taken. The first step to do this is stop spicy foods, and follow HAIP DIET.

Since burning sensation still present, anal fissure is not completely cured. May be due to hard stool or may be due to presence of anal congestion, burning sensation may still present.
Right now use... arshopy ointment .... Buy it from ayurvedic shops and apply over anus....
And stop alcohol or smoking if u r habitual for it (otherwise ignore it)
Coming to the diet - Even though u r eating outside food and stuff just balance with quality food and consume buttermilk once in a day.
Since your piles/fissure symptoms improved with Abhyarishta, but you still have anus burning (especially after spicy food), the aim now is to cool Pitta and soothe the anal region.
Ayurvedic suggestions:
Avipattikar churna â ½ tsp with warm water after lunch & dinner.
Ghee â 1 tsp melted in warm milk at bedtime.
Sitz bath â in lukewarm water with a pinch of alum or Triphala powder, once daily.
Avoid excessive chilli, sour pickles, and fried food when possible.
If you want, I can suggest a short 2-week Pittaâsoothing plan so the burning settles even if you have to eat outside food.
