Bhunimbadi kadha
Hello, I had my gallbladder removed in Jan/2019 and now I m facing issue of anal fissure and acidity. Can you please suggest if I can take bhunimbadi kadha to relieve all digestion related symptoms.

Bhunimbadi khada is good medicine.. but if you don't have gallbladder then bhunimbadi khada might not be a good medicine. There are plenty other medicines which are not as strong as bhunimbadi khada like shankha vati or abhayarishta or pathyadi khada You can use based on what your doctor says..

Hello Ma'am, Take Avipattikar Churna 1 tsf bid after meals, Apply Jatyadi ghrit locally twice a day, wash with Neem treated water or Boric acid solution in water, Take walnuts pistachio almonds Draksha anjeer Sprouted seeds Cow's milk and it's products, pomegranate juice coconut water etc,also U can take Kadha at morning
