Joint Pain
3 months ago, My knees started paining. I visited a doctor, with some medicines It stopped. Again after 3 months knees are paining too much. elbow joints, fingers makes (kat-kat) sounds. Knee pain is too much.

Usually pain killer reduce the pain and inflammation. Along with that you have to do knee strengthening exercises. These exercises helps to reduce load on joints and give joint stability. Cracking sounds in fingers and elbow is not problem unless you don't have swelling and pain.
