I am not able to open my jaw.. whenever i try to fully open it, it makes me pain a lot and it don't even fully open so i am getting problems while chewing

For your age this problem should not have been there.
Do you grind your teeth at night during sleep. Has anybody mentioned it to you. Was there any hit on the joint any time in the past. As suggested you have to see TMJ specialist.
