Jatyadi taila can be apply around over there with gental massage. But is can not sufficient. You need proper medication for fissue with following some health diatory. So better to consult any good ayurved practitioner or confirm tele consultation with me.
Anal fissure is a longitudinal ulcer on the lower anal canal. It take three months for complete healing.Jathyadi grita is more better than taila.sitz bath twice daily. After washing hand index finger with little grita is introduced into the anus gentile and apply . There is no shortcut.
