My husband's ear has these spots and dark area which keeps peeling and small pimples also. It itches also. What are these? Kindly help

Need more details, whether it's only on one side or both, if he has dandruff or not, whether he uses mobile phone/ sleeps on the same side and also details of treatment for the fungal infection. Management can be done only after that.
