After missing periods I have pregnancy test by its positive but after 15 days doctor done tvs test. What shown in this tvs test ,it's pregnancy or not?? Pls tell me it's urgent

There is thick endometrium.almost 45 daya since ur last periods we must see a g sac tat is a sac like structure.so it may be pregnancy if its delayed conception.do a beta hcg blood test to confirm.and also ecropic pregnancy ahud be ruled out.repeat scan after 2 weeks if there us doubling of beta hcg.connect for detailed guidance.

Do serial Betahcg test(2reports, 48hours apart, same lab and same time of the day) and repeat scan in a week or urgently if betahcg trends are suggestive of ectopic

This is not show any pregnancy
You need to be educated about the fact that trans vaginal scan will pick up a pregnancy only after b HCG titers are more than 1000
The only two reasons why the ultrasound will not pick up an intrauterine pregnancy would be
It could be an ectopic pregnancy
Or levels of beta HCG are less than 1000
