Two lines on your Prega News kit, even with the second one faint, does confirm a positive result. Based on your last period on 5th October and a 27 to 30 day cycle, you're about 4 to 5 weeks along. Congratulations.
Next Steps
Book a gynaecologist visit in the next week or two for a confirmatory blood test and to plan your first scan. Since you're on Thyronorm, your thyroid level needs rechecking early in pregnancy, as the dose often needs adjusting. Keep taking your Folvite.
