Hi mam. This seems to be due to faulty or overbrushing. 1. Use soft tooth brush 2. Use proper brushing technique 3. Never take tea or coffee or food immediately after brushing. Wait for 20 minutes 4.Gargle after every meal 5. You can floss inbetween the teeth 6. In case of intake of carbonated beverages or lemon juices , just gargle your mouth and wait for 15 min before you take food 7. Professional cleaning every six months ( if necessary) 8.Dont use high flavoured or dark coloured tooth paste and mouthwashes 9. Avoid using mouthwash for long term 10.Please clean your tongue every day.
