Is this dyspepsia or gasteroparesis?
Is this dyspepsia or gasteroparesis? The dinner that I had yesterday night is sitting in the stomach till the next day evening.  I don't feel hungry in the daytime. I feel excess hungry in the evening and night. As a result, I get acid reflux, burping, bloating etc.

Gastroparesis is a physical neuromuscular condition. It is due to damaged nerves due to diseases like diabetes. It presents as delayed stomach emptying. Dyspepsia is primarily a sensory and gut-brain disorder and causes acid reflux, burping, bloating. So we will treat your condition as Dyspepsia.

By considering your symptoms it is more likely to be dyspepsia and if you have upper abdominal pain then it it is 100% dyspepsia and further investigation is required In Gasteroparesis there is delayed emptying of the stomach that cause feeling full for a long time after eating and no upper abdominal discomfort
