RCT is always a good option than extracting as u r restoring the original tooth. In some cases we go for extraction as we cant restore the tooth.

Actually RCT is a very complex procedure and involves using a series of sterile instruments for proper cleaning, shaping the canals of roots of teeth in an order to make them sterile, that's why there may be some errors while doing it, So I would recommend u to please visit any Endodontist nearby and get the treatment done
Next Steps
Search nearby Endodontist using Practo search app
Health Tips
Get the X-ray done first so that the Dr. can guide u better, also don't forget to get previous X-ray when u go for consultation
