Is rct safe ?Does it create complication
Dear sir recently I got rct of 3rd molar and I have to get it capped . I have heard that rct is not safe in long run and  there may be infection due to rct treated teeth since 100 per cent bacteria is not removed while rct which leads to heart attack and poor immune system and many other health issue  , sir is this true ? Should I get my third molar pulled out or get it capped ? After rct there is not pain in my molar ? What are symptoms if rct is not successful or rct treated tooth is infected ?

Hello sir... Usually 3 rd molar will go for extraction only...if you want to save the tooth you can do root canal treatment of the tooth... usually3 rd molar do not have any root canal morphology...so make sure to know the root canal anatomy of 3 rd molr using cbct to avoid missing of canal and re infection.... usually root canal treated teeth wont be painful as all the nerves and blood vessels are removed...if root canal is not done properly then it will cause reinfection and pain of the root canal treated tooth.....

We avoid RCT for last molar, because it is very difficult to maintain oral hygiene for last tooth. It is difficult to brush property in last molar area. Second region is it is difficult to reach file properly in last molar. But if it is done correctly. You don't have to worry about it, go for crown. And RCT does not cause heart problems or immunity problems.
Next Steps
Go for crown

RCT in third molar is a waste and not advisable. The third molars don't even play role in chewing. Don't think more. Get the tooth extracted. You shouldn't have got the RCT done. But better late than never.

Rct does not effect any health . If extraction not needed for 3 rd molar better go for crown placement. Properly treated rct does not have pain so no need to worry, if rct is not done properly u have pain, slightly swelling on that region.

RCT is always a better option to tooth extraction. An RCT if done properly can save the tooth for years. It is always advised to do a crown after an RCT. Wrt a third molar there is an alternative treatment called as PULPOTOMY which can b done in specific conditions....The treatment of a third molar also depends on d accessibility to the tooth. U can consult a good dentist near u n try to save the tooth if possible.
Next Steps
Do RCT and save the tooth if possible.
