Is rabies vaccine needed?
Stray puppy tore through my shirt but no visible scratch on my arm. Do I need a vaccine? I was wearing a full sleeve shirt and the puppy tore my shirt, I was checking for scratches around that area on my arm but can't find anything. Should I wait until morning to see if redness appears and then take vaccine?
I have washed it with soap and water but no scratch visible.

No need since there's no bite but if you felt bite you should go for it. However its very minute so gotta look and think better. If you felt teeth touched your skin you may go for it. But looks like no contact with puppy's teeth happened. It'll be appreciated if age of puppy is told too. You may consult as i might need a few more details.
