Hello,
Yes you can take proteinx. It is a healthy product. To improve your BMI you need a proper diet which is rich in carbohydrates, proteins and helathy fats also.only protein supplement will not work.you need a proper diet according to your body requirement.I need to have a detailed diet history.
Hi, unfortunately no magic will happen just by adding Proteinex to your diet. Weight gain is a complex process, slow changes are required to improve your digestion so that calorie dense foods can be easily digested. You need to get your diet analysed by a qualified dietitian who will guide you scientifically to achieve the results slowly.
Protein X is safe to consume but if you really have very low weight. Protein X won't just help you. As protein contect in protein X is less and PDCAAS score is also less.
Consult me for a proper diet.
