If women are planning for baby or to be conceived.. can eat cooked panner items in limited quantity in casual diet( 2-3 times a week)? Please confirm.

Paneer comes under dairy products. It is contraindicated only if mother is allergic to paneer or if she is following a vegan diet. Otherwise paneer is 100% safe to eat in all age groups. The only thing you need to care about, it should be made at home. Outside paneer contains preservatives which may not be safe for growing fetus. Hello dear user. Good evening. Yes paneer is good in pregnancy oif you do t have any gastric issue And vomiting tendancy . Chhena will be the better option instead of paneer.
