Is it throat cancer?
I have sore throat for 3 months and after the medications it revives I have but pain in my mouth some pain on my forehead my nose had a pain and left side of my neck .. I have been suggested by doctor that I have a sinus infection but I still scared of cancer because I smoke cigarettes not too much 1 or 2 a day.

It's possible that sinusitis with post nasal drip could cause constant sore throat and irritation.In such cases antiobiotics may not help unless the sinusitis and post nasal drip are treated.

Sore throat for 3 months is really not good. Start gargle with Luke warm water three to 4 times daily. Take medications as advised by your doctor. Your condition seems like case complicated  sore throat and chronic sinusitis.

There are enough organs in the body which can develop cancer due to smoking. Why are you concentrating on sinuses ?
