I am a female 83 kg. Pcos patient. Bmi is 29.8. is it safe if I lose 3 kgs in a month?? Also is it safe if I lose 1 kg per week?? Please tell Also what are the side effects of losing weight fast

Yes it’s safe You can loose 4-5 kgs in a month. For loosing weight in a healthy and permanent way: Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include dandelion tea 2-3 time a day in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps daily. Drink 3-4 lts of water per day.
