Is it ok to be obese before pregnant
My bmi is 29. Is it ok to become pregnant now? Will baby have any issues ? Pregnancy itself makes people gain weight as I'm already near obese what u precautions I have to take

Yes obesity can create problems like diabetes and pcod ... U have to change your lifestyle and improve your diet...aerobic exercise and low carbohyadrates zero fat high proteins...
