Hi.
You need a detailed evaluation with rheumatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
At present, I would not conclude that the miscarriage was caused by the Anti-Mi-2 antibody alone. The more important question is whether you have Sjögren’s syndrome, another connective tissue disease, or antiphospholipid syndrome.
Once these are clarified and managed appropriately, there is every reason to be optimistic about future pregnancy.
