It was 13day of her cycle(last time it was 28days cycle its irregular when she is stressed)...we were foreplaying(still virgin)...my penis tip touched/ rubbed her vaginal opening but didn't insert...she was wet...and maybe there was some precum on my penis(i peed atleast 2 times before this)there was no prenatation...we panicked and she took an ipill on the same day just 4-5hrs later...there was happening pain on her abdominal in first 3-4 days but now its fine(the contact happened on 30th oct today its 6nov) and today she started to bleed and said that its just like her period the flow is strong with cramps If we look at with 28th cycle the periods should come on 13-14nov Please tell me what could be the reason? Is there any chance of getting pregnant after all this

Without penetration, and with the i-pill taken within hours, this bleed is unlikely to be anything to do with pregnancy. What you're describing fits the i-pill itself, which commonly brings on an earlier, heavier or crampier bleed than usual, or shifts the whole next cycle around.
Next Steps
Let this bleed run its course and track when the next period actually arrives. If it's very different again or doesn't settle into a normal pattern over the next cycle or two, please consult a gynaecologist.
Health Tips
If the bleeding gets heavier than usual periods or the cramping worsens, take a urine pregnancy test and get checked, since very rarely such bleeding needs a pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy ruled out.
