Is it non cardiac ..
Sometimes I feel heaviness in chest.. and some time palpitation also.. I have done series of ECG, eco test. All normal.. 7 month back stress MPI test was also done which was also normal. I do running.. and don't feel heaviness or pain that time. Please guide what could be the reason and what test I need to go through..

Most symptoms are anxiety related One thing is sure that it's not serious as most test are normal .

Hello, Since you have done all cardiac tests which are normal, your symptoms are likely non cardiac. Myocardial MPI being normal doesnt need you to undergo CT angiogram. I think you should stop thinking about it being related to heart. Cause of your symptoms could be related to acid peptic disease or gerd or muskuloskeletal.
Next Steps
Quit smoking if you are smoking. Consult your physician for further tests.

Your presentation seems to be atypical. Do you smoke or chew tobbaco. As Ur stress test is negative so next level test is CT coronary angiography. Other reasons could be upper gastrointestinal or musculoskeletal.
