Homoeopathy medicines can be given in liquid doses as well. It is not something to worry about., it won't increase blood sugar levels.
Next Steps
You can consult me online on Practo to manage diabetes. Homoeopathy medicines are prescribed based on a patient's nature, stress (if any), family history, personal habits, likes and dislikes.
Health Tips
Avoid having packaged food, biscuits, maida, junk food, burgers/pizza/pasta, cold drinks, anything that is processed and comes in a packet. That is the real problem.

Hello, sugar globules are one of the mediums for giving homoeopathy medicine to one, but it is not in that much quantity that it will increase your blood sugar level. And Hbac1 measures the average of 3 month glucose level, so if anyone has a raised HbAC1 he/she might be pre-diabetic.
Next Steps
So in case you have increased Hbac1 levels, consult a doctor to have your checkup done so that one can make sure you are diabetic, pre-diabetic or not. In homoeopathy there are some wonderful drugs to control the blood sugar level and associated problems with them.
Health Tips
Try to track the overall carbohydrates intake, because globules are not prescribed in that much quantity that will affect your blood sugar levels. If still Hbac1 is increased then do as per suggestions.

As homeopathic medicines in pills and powders are sweet to taste, one may think it will increase blood sugar levels. However, the truth is, it WILL NOT increase blood sugar levels and HbA1C levels.
