Is Green tea bad??
Having 6-7 cups of green tea may increase the amount of creatinine and kidney dysfunction? Green tea hinders the function of iron tablets and leads to anaemia? A scientist of Institute of hygiene and public health of Kolkata reports that green tea shouldn't b taken in empty stomach(in morning) It may lead to ulcer? ?? Very shocking news. I consume Grn tea on a daily basis. Is it true?

Hello! Tea contains tannin n caffeine both. It reduce iron absorption n change digestive enzymes secretion too. Green tea definitely have lot of antioxidant properties but contains tannin n caffeine both. For the goodies we can take 1-2 cup of green tea per day not more than that. We need to remember that moderation is the best way.
