I read an article in one of the site about DBol
And it's got a terrific results by the clients and there are also some odds side effects though..😢
So I'm a gymaholic so my height is 5.7" and weight is 63.3kgs
I want to gain weight of about 70-72kgs, so one of my friend suggested me to take DBol(Dianabol capsules). Actually he's also had that capsules now he's looking very muscler and with good personality.
Could you please let me know that is it good taking this capsules..and what are the pros and cons from your side plz let me know.
My age is 25.

No donot go for that tablet.
Instead have a healthy food
Breakfast - Roti, Sabji, Vegetables, Daal (Moong), with 2 eggs accompanied with fruit shake. (at 8 AM)
At 11 AM, have some fresh fruits (apple and banana)
Lunch - At 1 PM, have brown rice / chapati, if veg (rajma, panner sabji); if non veg (4 pcs chicken medium cut) and salads with sweet curd.
Mid Afternoon - At 5 PM, if veg (veg soup / boiled channa), if non veg (chicken soup / 2 pcs grilled chicken)
Dinner - At 9 PM approx; have (if veg - roti / sabji / daal) and (if non veg - 100 gms fish and rice) and salaad.
Have minimum 3 ltrs of water / day
