As per Ayurveda diet comes under pattya . As you are diabetic better follow diet accordingly but it should not interfere with normal functioning of the body and it should give satisfaction to your mind. Then only it helps in maintaining normal health. If you forcibly have unsatisfactory food it won’t help you.

Yes, Dip Diet can help in diabetes by reducing insulin resistance and promoting weight loss. Your slight modifications (adding ghee with buttermilk and avoiding milk, paneer, etc.) are fine, as ghee improves digestion and supports metabolism. Benefits of Dip Diet for Diabetes: ✔ Low-carb, high-fiber diet – Stabilizes blood sugar. ✔ More raw foods & plant-based nutrition – Reduces inflammation. ✔ Ghee (in moderation) – Supports digestion, doesn’t spike insulin. ✔ Fermented foods (buttermilk) – Improves gut health, which is crucial for glucose metabolism. Suggestions for Better Results: Include methi seeds (fenugreek) water in the morning. Add cinnamon & turmeric to your diet for better sugar control. Ensure enough plant proteins (like dal, sprouts, nuts) for balanced nutrition. Would you like a customized Ayurvedic approach along with your Dip Diet for diabetes control?
