I am marketing professional have to travel daily and my lunch and dinner time is not fixed according to ayurved which type of diet should i take to keep my self fit?

Hi friend Ayurveda says Nidra sleep, ahara- food and abramhacharya- sexual life are 3 basic pullers of life if you skip food you def land in roga so keep following these

take stomach full of food 2 times a day at proper time don't skip it keep juice, liquid food with you while travelling take maximum walk if possible it makes you hungry

avoid fast food and fried food stuff be positive all time take food with good thoughts
