Is drinking a bowl of curd healthy to be consumed everyday for weightloss ? i dont gave any allergies

Hi, curd will not reduce weight. But it is healthy. Curd rich in fats, proteins,minerals and vitamins. It can increase the weight. To reduce weight you have to take low calorie diet. Avoid foods rich in fat and calories. Drink buttermilk in this summer it will maintain hydration. Do regular excercises.
