Irritation in upper gums
He got pulpectomy done in his both side first molars March. Now from last one month he is having irritation in his those gums. Please suggest

First need an X-ray to see if any erupting teeth are becoming impacted. Periodontal assessment has to be done too. We don’t know his age so if premolars are erupting then it would be time to get the teeth checked with an opg. Pls specify patient age thank u. Feel free to consult online.

Hello Their are chances of reinfection. But if only gums are getting irritated, so maybe their is gum related problem.

Check for any gum boil near the tooth for which pulpectomy was done. If present, then there is reinfection in tooth and antibiotic course is needed followed be re pulpectomy and SS or zirconia crown

Hi How old is the boy please Photo shows canine region. First molar region photo would have helped to understand the situation more. Possible reinfection?? Intraoral radiograph would help to diagnose the problem.
