I have irritable bowel syndrome and used to have loose stools and sometimes constipation.
Recently stopped milk and now I don't have that much of loose motion issues but sometimes I do have more bowel movements .
Econorm sachet I have taken few times according to the advice of a doctor and whenever I take econorm my bowel movements are very normal.
My query is whether I can take econorm sachet daily for a long term or should I only take it when I have loose stools?
Hoping for suggestions.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation.
Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
You can use econorm for loose stools
Please don’t take it everyday
Also you could not be having ibs from what you have described
But need more details about your symptoms to tell you for sure if it’s ibs or not
You can take Econorm for about a month or as long but for permanent solution kindly consult with me. Also your sleep, stress levels and diet play an important role in managing IBS.
