Don't take Aloe vera juice daily as it aggravated pitta can lead to bleeding piles..hence take it once or twice a week... Also start dashmularishta- 10 days before upcoming periods! Take it 20-30 ml with equal quantity of warm water before food both times! You have to change your routine as well as diet planning in order to get Normal menses with good physique back! Consult for detailed descriptions

If you are over weight then change your daily routine. Do skipping for 15 to 20 min daily. Avoid fried things Add papaya in your diet  ( half plate papaya daily)  You can add soaked dry fruits in your diet .it will help you in regular periods. If you want medicine then hormones will help you . If you want regular period without hormones then do yoga empty stomach daily. You can take ayurvedic uterine tonic daily.

Is your thyroid ok? Irregular periods could be due to many problems, so the main cause needs to be ruled out before starting self medication.
