Irregular headache and fever of 98-99° F
Irregular headache and fever happening since last 1.5 months though I haven't gone outside during or before this phase. Throoat and breathing is completely fine. Tiredness & sleeping more during the fever. This same situation happened 2-3 months back when I was going college regularly most probably due to less sleep or more stress but that time it was very rare. Please help me out.

Body temperature of 99 and less is not considered fever,so no need to worry.
Looks like Tension headache.Just take Dolo 650mg when headache develops maximum 2 per day.
Next Steps
