Iron low..
My dad had blood in urine like it was severe almost every day since 2 years and he got iron deficiency anemia and was diagnosed with stones and acute kidney injury and infection now stones are out but my main concern is iron deficiency is due to loss in urine or kidney injury?

Your not taking any action when your father was having severe bleeding in the urine for two years , speaks volumes about your concern for your father. He got stones and acute injury (whatever it means)  , in fact he became anaemic and you are consulting after two years. Treatment of iron deficiency anaemia remains the same, whatever the cause. In your father's case the main thing is why he passes blood in the urine and what kidney injury he has developed. He should be treated by a Nephrologist . He can  advise about treatment of anaemia  also.
