U should take natural products because it is safe, sometimes injectable iron can cause allergy.Take emblica officinalis(Amala),spinach maithi,Apples,carrot, etc.

Physician should treat it.And yes iron supplements(inj and tabs)can be taken but nred to rule out what type of anemia is it?(nutritional,iron def etc).Get an iron profile done-TIBC,S.FERRITIN ,LDH,STOOL OB.
