Injury by rusted iron
I got a tetanus toxoid last september. Today i cut myself with rusted iron. Do i need to go for another dose ?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
No you don't need to .
The immunity from one shot lasts for about 4-5 years.
After that you would have to take another shot.
Just take proper case of the cut.
Apply t-bact ointment over it.
