Yes — iron deficiency, Vitamin D deficiency, sleep disturbance, and constipation are all interlinked. These deficiencies affect energy, mood, gut function, and sleep quality. Correcting them will improve sleep, digestion, energy levels, hair, skin, and general health.
Next Steps
1. Which Iron Tablet to Use Choose one of the following (all are safe and effective): Autrin / Autrin Forte Haem UP tablets Livogen / Livogen Z Ferroglobin Dexorange capsules Dose: 1 tablet daily after lunch or dinner Important: Iron commonly causes constipation → take with a glass of water and increase fiber. 2. Which Vitamin D to Use Vitamin D3 60,000 IU (once weekly) Take 1 tablet once a week for 8 weeks, then once every 15 days. OR Vitamin D3 drops or capsules (1000–2000 IU daily) Daily option if stomach is sensitive. 3. For Constipation (Essential when taking Iron) Use one of these at night: • Lactulose 15–20 ml • Cremaffin Plus 1–2 teaspoons • Isabgol (psyllium husk) 2 teaspoons in warm water These prevent constipation and help gut healing. 4. For Sleep Issues Vitamin D and iron deficiency both disturb sleep cycles. But you can support sleep with: • Magnesium glycinate 200–300 mg at night • Avoid phone 45 minutes before bed • Light dinner • Warm water bath • Fixed sleep schedule Once deficiencies improve, sleep naturally becomes better.
Health Tips
You have iron and vitamin D deficiency, and this is exactly why you feel tired, have sleep problems, and constipation. Start a daily iron tablet after food, take Vitamin D once weekly, and use a mild stool softener at night. Your sleep and digestion will start improving within 2–4 weeks.
