Hi,
Notably you have low iron and b12 levels. The real question is why? At your age, it's not usual to have such levels.
1. You need to look at your diet and think of how to make it as balanced as possible. If you are a meat water, consume good portions of meat each day.
2. Greens and legumes are rich in iron.
3. Currently you can take supplements for the time being to get your levels up. But remember this is not a long term solution
