Hi, Notably you have low iron and b12 levels. The real question is why? At your age, it's not usual to have such levels. 1. You need to look at your diet and think of how to make it as balanced as possible. If you are a meat water, consume good portions of meat each day. 2. Greens and legumes are rich in iron. 3. Currently you can take supplements for the time being to get your levels up. But remember this is not a long term solution

Thank you for reaching out with your query. In order to provide you with an accurate and complete medical opinion, I would need a more detailed history, relevant clinical findings, and possibly a review of your reports or investigations. Unfortunately, it is not medically advisable to provide a diagnosis or treatment solely based on limited information in a message. I recommend booking an online consultation with me through Practo. This will allow us to have a thorough discussion regarding your symptoms and help me guide you better. Looking forward to helping you in a more detailed manner. Warm regards, Dr. Sudarshan Lamture MD (Medicine) Sfurti Multispeciality Hospital
